In the hustle and bustle of the holiday season it is more important than ever to take time to pause, restore and regenerate. This 75 MINUTE class will offer plenty of fortification through restorative yoga postures. Using the support of pillows, blankets and of course the earth is sure to leave you refreshed and peaceful. Ahhhhh.
