Meditation time helps us grow the capacity to tend to what’s happening in the moment, embody our own self and carry on with and for the fullness of life.
In this three week pilot series we will explore different types of meditation using breath, sound, movement and listening to discover nourishing inner practices that can support us in showing up for ourselves and life!
$25 for the 3-week series, meets weekly on Mondays at 9:30am for 1 hour.
