Join Mary for a gentle, smart and enjoyable embodied Pilates class. This is time to focus on the relationships between our bodies and the earth, with our breathing and how our body parts relate to one another to keep our level of functionality optimal!
Please have your mat, some blankets or towels, a bolster or cushions/pillows, an old necktie or yoga strap and a chair handy.
