NEW! Moving Meditation 3-week Pilot Series (Nov 30, Dec 7, Dec 14)
Meditation time helps us grow the capacity to tend to what’s happening in the moment, embody our own self and carry on with and for the fullness of life.
In this-three week pilot series we will explore different types of meditation using breath, sound, movement and listening to discover nourishing inner practices that can support us in showing up for ourselves and life!
Embodiyoga™ 8-week Wednesday Series – ongoing
EMBODIYOGA™ classes are structured and sequenced based on the inherent wisdom of our bodies from embryological origination to the developmental movement patterns that got us up off the ground. Classes are taught from the ground up because our relationship with the earth is our primary source of true stabilization and support. The movement in each session begins simply and gently grows into more complexity. This gives our bodies the chance to unwind residual tension and establish new pathways for more ease in yoga poses, meditation and our everyday movements off the yoga mat.

Living on the Axis
I have worked with 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher trainings teaching the value of natural alignment and claiming relaxed posture for life.
Bonding with Gravity
Learning how our connection with the earth is our truest and most direct pathway to stabilization, support and balance.
Take a Tour of Your Body
A boney segment of your body from your central axis (head and vertebral column) to your limbs (hands, arms, shoulder blades, ribs) or your feet to your legs to your pelvis. These inquires dive into the relationships between these body parts and the ramifications when these parts aren’t relating well with one another.
Take a Deeper Tour
Learn to tune into and awaken awareness and movement to and from your organs! Your glands! Your fluids! We are made up of so much more than muscle and bone. These deeper tours of other body systems help us truly move from the inside out.
Meditation for the Love of It!
Some of the best secrets are open secrets. Meditation may not be as difficult as you imagined. When you tune into what you love, you discover a direct gateway into the expansive aliveness meditation offers.
Postural Ease for Everyday Living
Is sitting your nemesis? Standing? Bending over or lifting something? This workshop can help you get a handle on how to move through your everyday functions with more ease, sensibility and flexibility.
Private lessons: Sometimes you want a little more attention while learning. Private lessons are great if you sometimes struggle to follow in a group or if your schedule doesn’t permit you to fit into a regularly scheduled class time. You have my undivided attention in a private for all your questions and concerns.
Energetic support/Table time: It has been said that I have an intuitive sense and a great sense of touch. Table time energy work is also available. A deeply restful experience while fully clothed is a lovely way to receive. I create and maintain the atmosphere for your body to settle and unwind residual stress and tension, as well as allow it to do it’s own healing. This type of work can sometimes feel more potent than deep tissue manipulation.
